I started my journey with Martin over 1 year ago. At the age of 66, I thought I would never be able to do any type of exercise requiring bending and the dreaded (at that time) floor exercise, however with Martin's guidance, patience and knowledge of both nutritional and exercise regime I'm now able to do sqats with weights...completed 150-500 reps on the ski machine, bar push ups, rowing machine and much much more. Inaddition I love the 1 on 1 time!
